Refund And Cancellation Policy

  • Refund claims can be made by writing, email, Live Help, or phone, and must include your Velocity Express reference number. If a service failure occurs, please also include your parcel tracking number.
  • Refunds do not cover any consequential loss.
  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method and can only be made to the contracting party.
  • Refunds are processed through the same online mode used for booking and may take time to complete due to verification steps.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 28 days of the order date.
  • Shipment cancellations are not accepted.
  • For questions or clarification, please reach out to us before sending your parcel.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 working days to be processed and credited to the customer’s bank account.
