Refund claims can be made by writing, email, Live Help, or phone, and must include your Velocity Express reference number. If a service failure occurs, please also include your parcel tracking number.
Refunds do not cover any consequential loss.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method and can only be made to the contracting party.
Refunds are processed through the same online mode used for booking and may take time to complete due to verification steps.
Refund requests must be submitted within 28 days of the order date.
Shipment cancellations are not accepted.
